I love the unique layout of our 2 bedroom floor plan, the location, and the pool here; however, our apartment rent is going up $500 PER MONTH starting in September and instead of fixing things we really need, they are painting the complex black and white and it looks horrible. We used to love the Spanish style feel to match the plaza! That is a big reason why we chose this complex. Now, we come home to look at a bad attempt to modernize very cool old buildings, while our gate codes don’t work, our building locks are incredibly outdated, and our windows are so shoddy it makes it hard to keep heat or AC in the units. In the winter we get a THICK layer of frost around our windows. I personally feel like FountainView can do better. I will say, the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff has improved greatly from our old management though.

Awful place with too high rent fee and un-responsive manage team This leasing team DOES NOT CARE about your benefits living here AT ALL! ALL they want is your money. THEY kept rising up the rent fee and REFUSE to help you when you need them . I had a package mailing from out side of the country, I have been waiting for 2 months. When the package was here, they didn't tell me and just rejected the package. Now the package is lost. they don't care. The apartment is leaking water, Trash picking not always on time, fire alarm often goes off for no reason. I have lived here for 4 years and I guarantee that this place was much better before this leasing company came but now I'm seriously searching other places. You can defiantly go to a better place with this price, or even lower price. Seriously, DO NOT COME HERE! RUN!

We’ve always been interested in these apartments and it popped up on a listing so we figured let’s go ahead and check it out since it’s with Lincoln Property Group who we currently live with and have had no issues with. Upon requesting information someone reached out to us directly and scheduled a tour. We showed up for our scheduled time and were told no appointment for us existed and that they couldn’t even show us the property today. I understand that mistakes happen but they weren’t apologetic or even understanding that we took time out of our day to be there for a scheduled appointment that THEY reached out to us to schedule. Upon looking at other reviews it’s quite clear that management at this particular property isn’t great. Might be a nice place to live but we’ll never know 🤷🏻‍♀️

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I spoke with Amy about a potential move to Fountain View and she was very helpful in explaining the amenities and the community. I appreciate the guidance and honesty, as anyone knows a move can be so stressful and finding the right place can be a challenge. Having someone that is so conversational and not just about “the sell” really made this place stand out for me.
