I have been to this Hooters location many times. Never really had a bad experience. The other night was the BEST service I have ever had!! My servers name was Kelly. She was very attentive, on the ball, communicated very well, and made sure the drinks and food were out in a timely manner! Every time I go back I will ask to sit in Kelly’s section! She’s awesome!

Sadly the food was horrible. Sliders, fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything felt like it was sitting on the counter forever. Room temperature at best. The sliders we asked for regular buffalo and a side of hot and the chicken had nothing on it. Not to mention the waitress sold us on ordering a side of cheese that we never got and was billed for it. Just a terrible experience. Look at the chicken slider attached. Just sad

This was the first and last time that I order food from Hooters. The buffalo chicken sliders were dry and overcooked, and worse the mushroom and swiss burger had no cheese and literally only 3 mushrooms. Pretty sad first impression.

The food is mediocre at best, definitely frozen. However, they get 4 stars because the wings were good, the service was impeccable, the bathrooms and restaurant were clean and all staff were extremely gracious with our group of 10 adults and 5 kids. While not my typical go-to, I was blown away by the level of service we received.
