I stood at the register for 10 minutes got no acknowledgement at all three employees looked at me all I wanted was fries for my food my daughter was hungry with her food on the car an I got no service!!!! Our food would’ve been cold by the time I got help so I left disappointed

Worst service received this evening. The gentleman that took my order kept rushing me with my order, Incorrectly placed my order after shouting repeatedly "anything else" in between me speaking. He then told me next window without providing me confirmation of my order or my total. When I reviewed my order on the screen only 2 meals of the 4 meals ordered. When I informed the gentleman of the error he simply stated "they can fix your order at the 1st window." After correcting my order at the first window, I approached the 2nd window to retrieve my food where I observed the gentlemen playing on his phone, kicking at several staff members, and swatting at one young woman's hair. I was then asked to pull up to wait. When my food was finally brought to my vehicle I reviewed the items in my bag and noticed several orders incomplete. This is unacceptable! This is the worse experience I've had here by far worse than time I cam a couple months ago receiving hamburgers with no meat.

Fine place, it's......a McDonald's........ I will say, while the updated building is nice, if you haven't been there in awhile, the new style of restaurant design makes everything feel vastly more cramped. Maybe a drive through order is for the best......

As a former manager of this store I had to go to orientation which I was told I would be paid for it after 3 weeks now I have yet to get paid for my orientation my first night there I was called derogatory names by another manager causing me to have conflict in their store situation was not resolved and as a result I had to quit of being uncomfortable in their store if you're looking for good food friendly service and the honest people this is not the place to go. Was told not only by managers Leticia Nick and David that they do not tolerate any disrespect yet it happens here let alone being paid for orientation if you want an honest job from this company you're in for a world of reality my recommendation is zero Stars
