The place is trashy just like the employees i paid 250 to rent this for a day over the weekend and when i showed up doors were locked and they refused to refund me because i didnt cancel??? Hard to cancel when i was standing at the door with my entire family calling to get in just to realize nobody here knows how to answer a phone

Worst customer service i have ever had the lady the runs phones and schedules is a troll they never told me i needed to pick up keys until an hour before they closed for the weekend i showed up before closing time and guess what doors were locked and they refused to refund me. Dont do anything here just a bunch of thieves working here.

Tried to rent this place for a graduation party paid up front but they never gave me the keys so when i tried to get in SURPRISE it was locked and nobody answers the phone on weekends. Whoever runs the phones told me i could get my money back since i was never able to even get in first they tried saying i didnt cancel so i couldnt get the money back then they gave me 1/3rd of the 250 i paid and told me to prove that i even paid the 250. Showed her the transaction from my bank and she STILL denied it. Terrible people terrible management dont go here
