Customer service is alive and well. Despite calling late in the day and having no remaining appointments, they made arrangements to accommodate my post-op wife who was feeling very dehydrated. The owner came in on her time off to make sure we were taken care of. Worth every penny…thank you, my wife is feeling much better!

We needed help urgently to help my 87 year old father rehydrate after covid. Even though we're an hour plus from her office, Narges made sure to get here the next morning to help us. Dad is recovering so well now, because DripDocx is run by compassionate, conscientious people who are in business to help. The fees were reasonable and the professionalism was unparalleled. We are so thankful.

-Good quality and remarkable service. -User friendly appointment scheduling -Clear and concise communication -Clean office area -Personable staff -Knowledgable I have received a couple of iron infusions and vitamin C shots for an upcoming surgery. I received phenomenal service each time I went. The staff really makes you feel comfortable, even if you are not a big fan of needles (like myself). 10/10. I would go back to this location any given day.

AVOID: Alcohol, caffeine, niacin supplement, high-sodium foods, high sugar foods, refined carbohydrates (you may eat fruit), spicy foods, and cigarettes 24-48 hours after your treatment. AVOID: Vigorous exercise and sun and heat exposure for 3 days after treatment.
Don't lie down for at least 3 hours after receiving Botox. Don't go into any saunas, hot tubs, or tanning booths for at least 4 hours. This helps to prevent bruising, because heat can raise your blood pressure. Otherwise, you can resume your regular activities right after getting Botox.
The feeling in your face or lips after you have dermal filler injections is fullness in an area that previously didn't feel like that. This is because a small pocket of fluid has been added under your dermal layer. Your sensory perception of your own flesh will adjust and you won't notice after a while.
Prior to IV treatment, we recommend consuming plenty of water and having a bite to eat for best results.
Make sure to sleep on your back with your head elevated using 2 pillows for 3 nights-this will ensure that the newly injected filler stays in place. Another option would be to use a wrap around neck pillow to stabilize your head.
Avoid topical products such as Tretinoin (Retin-A), Retinol, Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, or any “anti-aging” products. Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing, or using hair removal cream on the area to be treated.
Uncover the upper arm. This muscle forms an upside down triangle that starts at the bone going across the upper arm. The point of the triangle is at the level of the armpit. Put the injection in the center of the triangle of the muscle.
Avoid muscles that are emaciated or atrophied; they will absorb medications poorly. IM injection sites should be rotated to decrease the risk of hypertrophy. Older adults and thin patients may only tolerate up to 2 ml in a single injection. Choose a site that is free from pain, infection, abrasions, or necrosis.
