Compassionate is the perfect name for these groomers because everyone here is so nice & caring to all the pets & their owners. They talk with your pet, treat them as their own, & explain to you exactly how they'll groom your pet to your specifications with zero stress on your car and/or dog. We take our 2 long-haired domestic cats here to be groomed twice per year and wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have taken our 15 year old dachshund to two other groomers and had difficult experiences to the point that she was terrified of groomers. Then we found Compassionate Grooming and everything changed. They were so kind from our first conversation. They suggested we bring her in for a meet and treat and then a nail trim prior to her appointment to get her used to going in. Everyone we talked to was so kind and absolutely did everything they could to calm our dog. On the day of her big spa appointment, Bobbi talked through everything we wanted done and all of our concerns and we felt great about leaving our baby in her hands. Even though there were about 4 or 5 other dogs there being groomed, the whole atmosphere is one of calm and peace and I am sure all of the furbabies appreciated it. We definitely did. When we got our baby back, she looked beautiful! Absolutely the best grooming experience we have ever had. We highly recommend! We are so happy we found Compassionate Groom and Spa and so grateful to all of the staff who ensured a peaceful and kind atmosphere!

Wonderful experience. Friendly, caring staff and for my 17 year old Bentley..it was a treat. He didn't like the trimming or nail part 😕 but he was a good boy for his shampoo and he smells lovely. Will be making this a routine!!
