This location almost always seems to be out of at least a few items- even basic stuff like white rice. Very frustrating, not sure how they don't account for that. I used to think the food here was decent until I went to the location on 95th in Overland Park and realized how much better the food was there. Will be avoiding this location in the future unless things change.

The horrible customer service in my life, I get there 8:40 and thise kids playing around My son aks for teriyaki chicken and they said they don’t have so I ask for cook more and they said WE HAVE MOR FOOD IF YOU WANT, 5 min later was a big line and they call to the cook to make more chicken, WHAT IS THE PROBLEMS with this kids. I ask for the manager but dont care at all, EMPLOYEES REMEMBER YOU GET PAID BECAUSE CUSTOMERS.

I never give reviews, but I just had a bad experience at this panda express. At first the the lady that greeted us Maria was really nice but the second lady ALICIA was so rude and I think she was the manager cause she was wearing all black. I had to wait on my food because they were out of what I ordered and when I did get my food I only got broccoli with no beef. I waited until there were no more customers in line and went to address the issue respectfully and her response was that there was more broccoli because it is called broccoli beef and not beef and broccoli!! The other lady Maria went out of her way and gave my a new side or beef and broccoli. ALICIA needs to find a new job we're she is not serving the public or learn some customer service skills from Maria. Most likely I will not be going there again.
