I've been going there for the last thirty years which i just had another surgery a few weeks ago.. Personally i give them a ten! I don't know do they take florida blue but i do know that they accept a lots of off brand type of insurances such as Humana.. Malina, blue cross blue shield thats just to name a few. If it's something the optician in the office can fix, there should be no charge. If it has to be sent to the manufacturer, there will be a charge. The Immokalee office is open 8-5 Mon-Fri. You can stop in anytime for a repair.
