Saturday of Labor Day weekend we drove from Massachusetts to LI for a college drop off. When we went to leave our car wouldn’t start. Called AAA and the tech was able to get it started but died when cables disconnected. He tried a couple times, no luck. He thought it might be alternator as battery was reading good. He suggested All County so we called AAA again and asked for a tow there. Everything was closed due to holiday weekend so we made our way back to MA. Joe from All County called after the holiday on Tuesday morning. He had already run some additional tests and diagnosed it wasn’t the alternator but just needed a new battery. I could not be happier with the service of All County and how they went the extra mile for us, saving us a lot of money. When I was able to make it back 4 days later to pick up the car Joe tested it again and showed me the results before we left. If we ever have car trouble in the area I know where to go now. Highest rating ++ to All County!!
