Pinelawn is the best resting place for my Mother. I didn't feel that I placed my Mother in a cemetery. I feel my Mother resting in a beautiful garden. I am very thankful to everyone in Pinelawn.

My words can't express the depth of the love and care that Pinelawn Memorial's staff put into every one of their family events. They simply go above and beyond! The dedication and devotion by Kristyn Hovanec and and the team shines brightly. I've now attended their Grief workshop, the Lantern Ceremony and the Candlelight Vigil. The love and care that they share with thousands of family's exceeds anything I've seen before. Thank you for doing what you do! Serving and caring for others is the reason we are all here and they are surely making a difference in the world. -Susan Capurso

I have already three times requested to send me the Booklet but it was never sent to me. Instead someone called just to talk to me.

Terrible place to work. I was brought in and fired without a definite reason. I came in and worked hard to make it just to be let go. I paid into a union that didn't exist. Usually when in a union you can't be let go that easily. No training. Supervisors write you up for anything. It's a toxic environment. I would have panic attacks knowing I had to work the next day. Short breaks. And it's ridiculous you need a doctor's note for a simple call out when anywhere else you wouldn't need one unless you missed three days or more. Usually when you're fired there's a definite reason. I wasn't written up, I didn't get in trouble and my reviews were good. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to any family or friends.

It is sad that it was removed but it being a business run company. Their just looking for more space to use as to bury people. Maybe that was the reason. If it's there property, I believe they will do as they please to.

I don't see the possibility of that happening. Did anyone of you reach out to the main office personal? Make sure your address is up-to-date with their information. Make sure you're up-to-date with any payments or fees. Last is, take the time to communicate with them about what happens in a event as to what your concerned about. If you don't reach out, you will never know what may happen.

Exit 35; Wellwood Ave. There's only 1 exit, therefore if you're coming from the East you would make a left onto Wellwood Ave. If you're coming from the West, then you would make a right onto Wellwood. Pinelawn is approximately 2 miles North of Southern State, just over the railroad tracks. Hope that helps 🙂
No. A bronze marker is the only thing that is allowed. It sits flat on the ground
