Omg !! I haven't ate at a KFC in years and when I did its not the same all of it wasn't like it use to be . It's sad to !! I love KFC chicken but not no more they need to go back to the old recipe because the new one is horrible. I couldn't eat it so sorry for this review. But true :((

The worst KFC I have ever visited. I have went here now counting 4 times after work to get chicken. The 1st two times they were out of chicken, which was pretty crazy to me. The last time I stopped which was 10 minutes ago. I went thru drive thru and no one there. So I went inside and to my surprise I saw a person back there behind the counter but after yelling for service he just ignored me and after 5 minutes of waiting being the only customer in the building I left amd went across the street to McDonald's again for a fourth time go8ng there. Pathetic!!!!

Listen I am not usually one to complain as I know how difficult working in customer service is, but I literally just sat in the drive thru while I watched two workers clearly stare at me from inside. No one spoke at the drive thru, no one came out to tell me something like “oh our speaker is broken please go to the window”. I’ve usually never had a problem with this place but seriously? I can now see why everyone else has a problem with this location.

Do NOT go here. We had a car full of kids and some of them were unsure of what they wanted so we asked for a few minutes. The drive thru lady was so disrespectful she started yelling that “We’re under new management and on a time limit so you need to hurry!” When my husband asked her to do something to his order she said “No. I have to do it my way!” Like what?! THEN we get to the window and she had to yell for someone to come and open the window for her. We just left. We won’t be back. She was very rude and visibly disgusting we lost our appetites. Apparently “We’re under new management” has been her excuse for a few years now. Clearly she needs to be fired.
