I wish they explained me what is their procedures are. I went in for a skin tag removal but the doctor came in and gave me a shot for numbness and had a very sharp knife and try to remove without explain to me anything so I freaked out little. Could be nice to here what the doctor was going to do :(

My mother-in-law is a happy patient at this practice, so I wanted to love it, too. Unfortunately, the after-hours (4:35pm) scheduler I spoke with when requesting an urgent appt for poison ivy not once, but *twice, offered me a new patient appointment...in AUGUST! I hope to heavens my poison ivy is gone by August. And that the scheduling teams receives more education on responding to urgent pt calls that obviously do not warrant the ER or Urgent Care visit.
