Man in Atlantic Tractor truck refused to listen to me to stop because dogs were in road, almost hit one then when I stopped and yelled at him, he stopped vehicle got out and told me to keep my dogs in my yard. They weren't mine, they lived on farm- he had no regards to the animals life. Horrible rep for Atlantic Tractor and John Deer
