Dr. Rodriguez prefers to use IV Sedation instead of General Anesthesia as this dramatically eliminates the risk of pulmonary embolism. hello, There are a indeed a number of nearly hotels. Most patients stay at the Marriott Residence Inn on Schilling Road in Hunt Valley, which is less than 10 minutes away . Following any IV sedation case, you are not allowed to drive yourself home. All accredited surgery centers must follow this rule, and it is for your own safety. Following surgery you will be woozy, and not in a condition to drive. This also applies to local sedation cases, as often times patients are given valium to relax during the procedure.
