I've been going to this location of Old Navy ever since they opened more than 5 years ago and they have a great selection for children, men and women. Something seems to always be on sale that you need and they have a pretty good rewards program. The work and school uniforms were very reasonably priced and the staff was really friendly when I asked about returning an item from several weeks ago where we did not have the tags.

Unfortunately I think you have to have your receipt or some kind of purchase history at Old Navy other than a debit card. You might want to call The Old Navy you purchased it from and ask them directly.
They are following all the normal protocols.
