I usually don’t write reviews however I wanted to share that Christine (sorry if I’m miss spelling that) was super awesome. I placed a order online and of course I messed it up terribly but I called the store and I got Christine she was so helpful and may I add so Happy, Jolly, & Warm at 6am in the morning! She helped me so quickly! Upon picking up the bagels I thanked her because she had been so awesome and I told her that the box of bagels would be a part of my pregnancy announcement at work and she was so sweet and sincere in her congratulations and best wishes ! So thank you for the amazing customer service 💙💙💙💙💙 Sometimes it’s just the simple things !!!!!

Haven't been here in a long time. I was there just before close so it was quiet. I'm not crazy about ordering my food on a terminal and I couldn't find what I was looking for, but a helpful employee came and helped me input what I wanted. Glad that they had non-bagel sandwich options. It was very good. I'll come back sooner than the last time. 3 years ago- Busy with a wait line. Steady people in and out with carry out. Seating is good and the food is always good. I don't come often as I dislike the yelling of the order numbers while you are eating. It would be better for them to provide table service and stop the yelling.

One of my favorite spots in the area for a quick, satisfying breakfast or lunch. Their bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is legendary. Can’t quite put a finger on what makes it so satisfying and perfect, maybe it’s the amount of times it’s cured a hangover? So good! Also so many of their menu items are customizable. Their app works well, and the order ahead system is great. Definitely a Timonium/Towson staple!
