I have owned a condo in this building since 2015. It’s a great place to live with access to a full-service shopping center and close to downtown Bethesda and DC. All utilities included minus cable and Wi-Fi.

Great place to live. Surprisingly quiet. Big pool. Maybe 20-25 minutes car ride from downtown. Capital Cresent Trail is a 5 minute walk.

It is a no pet building, but we do honor the federal law for comfort animals. That means you need a doctors note. And I believe that one would be it with a note from your doctor.
