Parking lot is no parking can't even believe that for as many people that they have living there and that their parking situation is horrible on top of how much the rent is and I love how they pick and choose certain people pay this much more or this much less than others it's unreal complete b*******

Be aware that there is a terrible cigarette smoke odor in all of the units. Friends of mine living here had the same issue. If you’re not a smoker this is devastating as it will get into your clothes/belongings and you will smell like an ashtray!! It was a cloud over my head during the time I lived here. I would also see roaches on a weekly basis despite the monthly pest control. I became "nose blind" but the stink would hit me in the face again when I came home after being gone hours and I'd smell it on my laundry. It's not a fresh cigarette smell but a stale old smell that must be DEEPLY saturated. It persisted over a year living there and scrubbing the entire place down repeatedly - I did let the office know and they let me run the "ozone machine" in my unit which is supposed to help - but it did not. I ultimately couldn’t deal with the smoke/roaches and broke my lease early. On a positive note, this was dealt with professionally and I didn’t lose money since my apartment was immediately occupied after I left. I had to pay next months rent but was refunded as soon as someone else moved in. Also got back most of my deposit. So despite the hygiene downfalls of this place the staff are good people and do their best. The landscaping is nice and the maintenance guys do a good job fixing AC and plumbing issues. Sandy in the office is very sweet. It would’ve been fine if not for the issues I had - aesthetically outdated but budget friendly and safe feeling.

The place is older but well staffed and in line affordable wise with other apartments. They have 2 pools and spas. The maintenance staff is big and they're always busy working to maintain the buildings. They never slack off or get lazy. The office staff is very happy to help you. The place is close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Nice and quiet most days. The folks in the office are very nice and informative. Lots of places to walk your dog (any breed friendly!). But there's no park for kids and paying for all the extras could break the bank.

Im not sure. My friend lives in the first buliding. Never really noticed numbers. But im sure you found it.
I believe$100.00, that's a deposit, you get it back as long as you leave it clean.
I am very sorry, I don't know how much the application fee is. I don't live there. I go to visit my christian sister in Christ. But I'm sure you can get that information over the phone if you call the office.
About $650. Depends on "luxury" upgrades. 2nd floor is less expensive than 1st floor.
Depends on number of bedrooms.
