Very disappointed with the service provided today. Megan at the food stand was incredibly rude. She slammed our popcorn and drinks down on the counter. She is not communicative whatsoever. I tried being nice through her poor attitude, and I usually do not write these kind of reviews. She definitely needs better training and needs a lesson on proper customer service. I understand everyone is short staffed, but please look into who you're hiring. I will not be coming to this theater again.

Probably the worst movie theatre I’ve ever been to. From the rude cashier lady, to terrible popcorn and not having any soda due to a boil water notice (not even bottled soda). This theatre was absolutely terrible. I went to see the movie NOPE and even that was miserable. Im sure the movie was good but they didn’t turn the lights off, we had to get up and ask. And the speakers in that theater were absolutely terrible. Sounded like some were blown. It was way too loud at some points and there was little bass. This was the first theater I have walked out of. Will definitely not be going back. I now understand why the parking lot is always empty.

This is a very outdated theatre. The screens quality wasn’t very good. We couldn’t tell if it was condensation or just old. It made it hard to see the movie when the picture was light. The air was very humid, sticky, and warm feeling majority of the time. Every now and then the a/c would kick on and it would start to get cold but smelled kinda weird. Every time someone walked in/out you could hear the door squeak and shut. We went during the day and there wasn’t but a few people in the theatre but yet the door was still being opened and shut often. One person behind us got up and I could see their shadow on the screen as they left. Also, when we went to concessions we asked for a soda and they said that their water was bad so they weren’t allowed to sell it… we had to buy bottled drinks. The tickets are just as expensive as other theaters (Regals too) and they at least have reclining seats.. We were really dissatisfied and definitely won’t be wasting money here again, too many issues.

Surprised that me and my grandson was the only 2 people in Harry Potter movie. Very clean there. Popcorn was very good. I always order the large bucket of Popcorn. The buckets always seem to leak butter through the container though. Staff were very nice and polite. Saw that they have a special of $18.00 per month for unlimited movies. Not sure about any restrictions though. I would definitely go again.
