Unfortunately it wasn't good the proctor I had he didn't read very well also I had to shrink my eyes to read myself I was doing his job wow I thought I had a accommodation to help me also his hygiene was not up to part and his stomach kept growling I'm like wow

Please do NOT go here. I have taken 2 tests here and my kids have also taken 2 because it is the closest Prometric center available. Please take the time to go elsewhere. The negative reviews are true. The people that run this place are rude, condescending, unhelpful, unapologetic, and stress you out. None of our experiences have been good which prompts me to take the time to write this. Never come here again!

I did my test and the only "exceptional" thing the front of desk lady did was instruct me to read the guidelines properly to a fault on my part. I didn't have any issues and she was very respectful and serious and I don't see why people are upset about that. The other staff are nice as well and the test centers are quiet.

The good: The area appears safe, pizza is near parking area…plus other nice restaurants around. The bad: bathrooms are not readily available. There are businesses that rent rooms in the building and they have keys and you don’t. You will have to request one from the testing center. There are bathrooms in the pizza place that typically have the back door open from the parking area. You are not allowed to loiter in the hallways although no one is policing that issue. Small testing waiting area. Your two ID’s must have signatures or you will not be admitted. Drivers license and signed credit card will do. Parking was not an issue, but pulling out on to the main road has visibility issues.
