I spend far more money here than I should. The yarn selection is decent, and my biggest vice lol. They are usually well stocked with bernat blanket and have a variety of colors available. Employees generally leave you to your own devices (which I prefer) but are around if you have questions and have always been friendly when approached. They just installed self checkout so no more long waits for a single register.

Julie was extremely rude when picking up my UPS package. She kept insisting my package was not at the location even though my tracking information stated that it was delivered. I politely asked Julie to look where the packages are stored and she rolled her eyes. I looked over to where the packages were stored and I saw my package. She didn’t even apologize when she gave me the box. She was condescending the whole time when I talked to her. I paid extra money for my package to use this service and I almost was not able to pick my package up.
