I called ahead maybe 3 weeks prior as I’ve been experiencing ringing in my ears since being in the military and over the last year it has gotten significantly worse. I described these same symptoms over the phone and scheduled an appointment. Little did I know it was going to be a 40$ copay for a 5 minute appointment for the ear doctor to tell me “ we will have to schedule you a hearing test”. I’m not sure why I couldn’t do the hearing test the same day but I was informed it would be another 40$ copay to do so. I don’t believe they truly are concerned with CARE, it seems the main focus is taking your money. 40$ for a 5 minute appointment for the Dr. to tell me I’ll need to come back and pay more money on another day…… make that make sense….

This place is a joke, and all they care about is money and not the person. Kristy is not helpful at all, she had no empathy and could care less about your health. It is truly sad.

I gave 3 stars because everyone I came in contact with was very nice especially Alison the speech therapist. She was so kind and understanding. As far as Dr. Buchalter,,, he has no bedside manners, no compassion. I was crying in his office u would think he would hand me a tissue and BTW they were right next to him. No, I had to get up and walk over to them. I want to stay at the office but diffinitly need a new Dr. .

Sheila, who works the front desk on the allergy injection side, always provides outstanding customer service! She has always maintained a positive attitude despite Hopkins continually making adverse changes to the computer scheduling system. I’ve been a patient here for six years. The allergists and audiologists have always exhibited a positive attitude and displayed attentive care.
