Dr. Nottingham and her staff are phenomenal! Her bedside manner made me feel comfortable and respected as a patient! The front desk staff gave me a warm greeting as I entered, and wished me well on my way out! The office is nice and clean. Great experience all the way around! I would give 10 stars, if I could!

I wrote them a letter because I was cofused what bill was for, because I had gone to a few doctors. The same day the office called and left me message to explain charges they sent my account to a collection. I paid my account in full the day after I received voicemail of what/who charges were for, however they had sent my account to collections. I called and asked the manager-Ann to waive the $20.00 collection fee but she denied my request. #Petty

The doctor D. Bianchi is a great doctor. But if you are poor and on medical assistance don't think they will even bother with you. The office staff made it very clear that they didnt want me or my family in their office. The doctor put in my trach but wouldn't see me in the office to remove the suture without me being a self pay. I never said how much timewas involved but that shouldn't matter if I went to rehab you still wouldn't see me so get really you just don't want poor people in your office.
