Had a great experience! We rented a Avalon 2022 pontoon. Unfortunately, it broke down 1 hour into our 7.5 hr rental. We did have to sit stranded on the lake for about 1.5 hrs but obviously there are worse places to be stranded. They came and towed us back and then let us take the tow boat out instead which was actually a nicer tritoon. So overall we lost some time for strolling the lake but we got a nicer boat and got to keep it an extra half hour. Staff was friendly too!

I would like to give a well-deserved negative rating but unfortunately this is the lowest I can go. I normally don't write reviews but this one really inspired me personally, as I have been treated VERY NICELY by this business. And this NICE gesture triggered me to spend few minutes to write a NICE review. We were a large group, rented a boat which worked decently for few hours and then from nowhere the smoke came out from the engine. Luckily the boat was at the docking station instead of middle of the water. From now on, the NICE experience started. When we reported the issue with the boat, multiple people came to inspect and lot of discussions happening. Meanwhile one of the guy even told us that this is an old boat and got repaired recently etc etc. They inspected and found no proof of malfunction due to us driving the boat. And the guy from this rental company GRACEFULLY said that since he can't find any issue on how we used or drove the boat (which might have broken the running boat), so he is obliging us NOT to charge any damages. And he was VERY PROUD of himself for talking to us NICELY and repeatedly told us that "I AM VERY NICE WITH YOU". Who in the world of business, talk to their customers in NICE words, this is the best person I ever met who was talking NICELY to his customers. Kudos to him and best of luck for him to be NICE with all his future customers. My personal advice is to stay away from this company and get a better experience somewhere else.

The pontoon boat was clean and well maintained. Even the cover/roof was in great shape. one of our party called it a couch on the water because of how smooth it ran. The process of picking up and dropping off were super easy and everyone at Summer Rentals was great. We would definitely recommend them and will use them when we return.
