Could not be happier with their service. My realtor, Scott Watson could not have been more nice and helpful. Even after the sale was done, and he collected his commission, he continued to be incredibly nice and helpful. His knowledge of the local area cannot be beat. I have dealt with many other realtors in this area, and could not leave any of them a good review. The difference with Coldwell Banker is quite astounding. They also have a very nice office here in Littleton. They will definitely be getting my business in the future any time a need arises.

No classes are held on Sundays; generally our in-person classes are full to capacity with the COVID regulations. Drop-ins are not encouraged in any case; we prefer that you register for classes in advance on our website, especially for in-person classes as they tend to fill up early. In order to administer our classes for the best experience for all students, registration closes up to 24 hours ahead of class (depending on the class schedule).
