Hi all! I found this incredible place yesterday while I was looking for the best accessories and equipment for my new kayak. I am so excited about using my new equipment! The owners and staff were AMAZING helping me with all my questions and I so appreciate the education too, as a newbie in kayaking. They treated me and my pup Bella Baloo like family. I’m a small town sorta gal and love supporting local businesses and local products. So, when I found out a lot of their product actually supports local North Carolina families and their businesses, it was a no brainer that I will shop here for all my water adventures! Dave and Heidi are amazing. Helpful in every way, great advice, insiders' experience, they know the lake, they know the gear, they know how to repair the gear. The store seems to focus on higher-end products and the owners seem to focus on really high-end service. Quality bike repairs? Who even does that any more? Who even has the equipment to do that properly? Great place.

Really appreciated the COVID-19 safety measures put in place. Incredible customer service – from choosing gear to learning how to most effectively load up the kayaks for travel on top of the car.
