Worst experience, don’t know why they are so passive aggressive toward dark complexion 🦾,and rude AF! Them two stars☝🏽is their great selection. I’m an African tourist and it’s sad to see what I see on tv.

Awesome experience at the shop. Employee was wearing a mask, we were wearing masks, no issues. They did not offer to let me hold anything, but I knew what I wanted.
It's confusing; so can someone off the street w/o a medical marijuana card come to the store and buy some recreational cannabis?

No, not at Capital Hemp. It's just pipes, bongs and whatnot. Go over to Wash Hydro (google it). Buy a shirt or hat and get a gift of cannabis.
