Yes! A fishing spot near my home! Rarely over crowded, nice people generally and don't typically see trash. It's a good spot to drop a line. Though make sure you got a long net to catch that beast.

I'm coming back to fish here on Monday but the peir is huge and lovely. I saw a lot of marine life in the waters, it took me almost an hour to get to the end of the peir because all of the interesting things to see. Oh yea! I also saw some kind of bird I've never seen before.

It's very busy, but easy to navigate around the crowd along the shore and pier, and there are many places to sit and rest. Lots of local art/sculptures in the area.
