This is an absolutely beautiful hike. We got there early and had it all to ourselves. It is an easy hike with some elevation change. The whole hike is very interesting because landscape is always changing. There are a lot of pine trees, mountain laurel and bluffs on the trail. Breath taking yet easy hike, enjoy walking around and down into a basin that is the waterfall and swimming hole. Very safe and family friendly, short hike, hard to get lost, and probably my favorite waterfall I've had the luxury to visit. 5/5 go if you can.

Absolutely beautiful. I suggest taking the trail to the bottom of the waterfall. Its not a long hike.

Really cool short hike. I can see this place is probably going to get over run with rhododendron in the summer. It's already over some of the trail right now. It was worth the side trip to see this beauty on my way to Big South Fork.

Going in is mostly down hill, park closed at dark, so give yourself a good hr or so to get back to parking lot. It's mostly up hill and I would take a flashlight if venturing in before sunset.
If you do whole circle about 1.5 miles
About a mile, unless you get lost. Then it's much farther.
No, just a small circle parking lot. But there is a RV park close by.
