This place should not even exist, they have paid classes that volunteers try to teach. (Kyle with a comb over Elizabeth who annoyance with the word awesome and Lindsay) . They also don’t know the law about sending females in the restroom to observe a male. How embarrassing for this to be in Winchester.. case worker Anna is the worst unqualified person there and Wonder why mental health is so bad here!!! They get you in here and drain your insurance!!!

IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with ANYONE. Tried scheduling family therapy with Mary Zirkle for over a month. After our first session, was told we would meet every other week. Left many many voicemails and no one would return my calls. I did the PHP program and begged and pleaded with them to fax over my disability paperwork. It has been over a month and they won’t even respond to me. I haven’t been paid in two months. If anything would make someone relapse it would be financial struggles!!
