I may have already answered this question in my other response but here it is again: The doctors and facilities are not the same as MVS but are often located in the same building to facilitate ease of access for our patients when referred for more advanced treatments by an accredited team of wound care experts. Hope this helps!
MJ, thank you for asking. That is a great question. Chronic or Non Healing Wounds are seen by Maryland Vascular Specialists and evaluated to rule out vascular complications or disease. Sometimes these wounds require the expertise of the HyperHeal specialists who offer advanced healing treatments often in conjunction with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). The doctors and treatment centers are not the same as MVS but are often located in the same building to facilitate ease of access for our patients when referred for more advanced treatments by an accredited team of wound care experts.
