My first visit at Dr. Gunnings office was the worst experience. His front desk staff a black lady was beyond the rudest individual I have ever encountered argumentative and combative… to say the least. She was rude on the phone multiple times… but to see it carry over to a face to face encounter was mind boggling. The young lady acted as if she wanted to fight me because I made a suggestion. I requested speaking to her manager who was not available at the time. Another doctor came out to see what was going on. The ladies attitude still did not change. Recommend this office seek better front desk staff as they are the patients first point of contact and give the office itself a bad first impression.
