Large bathrooms. Nice shady playgrounds with several picnic tables. Tennis courts, racquetball court, softball field. It's located in a very safe area.

According to my 6 year old daughter, this park is better than Tom Brown because the slide is taller. Also the trees make for more consistent shade across the playground.

Parks and recreation doesn't rent out the covered pavilions at this park. Use is just first come gets first claim. At least as far as I have had experience in the past. Although you can call their office to be sure.
No. But, there are some parks that do. Google "Leon County Parks" or "Leon County Parks with grills. I remember finding a city website that show which parks had them. There is a beautiful park in Killearn way into the neighborhood that sits on water. It has a large kids playground. There is another one off Orange Ave near the swimming center.
