Not a kids friendly community. Office constantly complain about kids playing outside. The tow company starts towing car @7:00PM!!!!! Limited visitor parking, very hard to find parking in the street. I wish I knew this before I moved in.

The HOA staff is very friendly and always ready to answer your questions and get you to the right forms or what ever you need. During normal time they sponsor a monthly activity for members to get together and know each other. The swimming pool is top of its class.

A bit disappointed, some kids were eating on deck and not using trash bins. Throwing trash. Another kid was spitting all over the deck, and pool didn't appear to be that clean. Lifeguards were very accommodating.

Captain Sully does a meet and greet there every week! He's a real pleasure to be around, has the best stories. The lasagna they serve isn't that great though.

No. There are only a few outside membership for families with children on the swim team.
Will be open and is the last day of the pool season.
Our was picked up. Wind blew trash everywhere though.
