Our time spent in the store was productive. Clean, nice furniture arrangements made it easy to evaluate for our needs. Our sales rep was always helpful and eager to assist us in any needs we would have.

This was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Our sales associate was nice, but we got a voicemail that one of our dining room chairs was broken and we need to call to reschedule a delivery for it. Not only that, the remaining 5 chairs and table were delivered today - the table has scratches, and 4 out of 5 chairs have scratches on it. On top of damaged goods, the customer service is lacking. We pointed out the damage to the delivery folks and they did not seem to care. They basically shrugged us off as if it was no big deal. Not a good look considering we spent about 12 grand at Haverty's. We were SO excited to get our furniture in our new house and have friends over to celebrate, but this is awful. Major disappointment, avoid shopping here unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for damaged furniture. Edit: Someone ended up calling us and they made it right.
