Thanks so much to Community Radiology for maintaining its mask mandate for patients and staff. Since COVID is airborne, this both makes it possible for high-risk people like me to access care here and makes the office safer for all patients and workers. I appreciate it.

I had an ultrasound here in early April and they failed to see that I was pregnant. Then they failed to file my insurance claim under the practice name and now my insurance cannot cover the bill. I've been calling them every few months or so to see if they have fixed it only to be reassured each time that it's in the process of being reviewed and to wait 30-45 days to get a letter in the mail. The billing dept refused to provide documentation that they're actually working on this. I follow up each call with my insurance company only to find out they still have yet to resubmit the claim properly. I even called to update my address with them so I could receive the letter only to find out they never properly updated it in their system and had to update it again. Incompetence at its finest. Thank you for making an already stressful time and process even more stressful.

The receptionist was awesome, very professional, proficient and respectful to all the patients. Mike, the radiologist, was also professional and very respectful. I would recommend CRA to anyone.
