I am brand new to this community and on I think my second day here I had such a hard time something and Erica was SO patient with me! I think I must have called her about 5 times and she walked me through where I needed to go and what I needed to do. Then today I had something happen and she attended all my phone calls and came to see what was the issue, as she said she would.There is nothing better than people in management who do what they say they will do. I am very pleased!

I have lived at Reserve Regency Park for 4 years. I really love the location, apartment, and the community. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Erica is new here at the property, she has always been super helpful. Can wait to sign my next lease!

The apartments are nice for the price and it's in a relatively quiet community for NOVA. Marijuana odor seeping from some apartments can be obnoxious at times. Some difficulty working with management, but Erica in the leasing office has put a lot of time and effort into addressing concerns and making our time here much better. I have recommended this place to many of my friends who need to commute to Arlington, but want to get live somewhere more relaxing.

We offer the Amazon Hub to our residents. Fedex, UPS, Lasership, and DHL also use the Hub to deliver packages to our residents. You can retrieve your packages 24 hours a day.
We belong to Fairfax County School Systems.
We have a fitness center which is open 24 hours/ 7 days a week, dog park, pool, gas grill located on the pool deck area and a car wash station.
Unfortunately, we do not have studio apartments. However, we do have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms available for rent.
You can call us at 703-815-1000 and schedule a tour. We are open Monday-Friday from 9 am-6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am-5 pm and Sunday from 1 pm-5 pm.
In order to submit an application we need the following: -a government issued ID -application fees and admin fees need to be paid either in person with personal check, money order or cashier's check or online -proof of income
We have a wonderful pool located behind the leasing office. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
You can absolutely pay rent online through our RentCafe portal or App.
We allow up to 2 pets.
Absolutely. We love our furry friends! In addition, we have a dog park onsite!
