I will never use the tire service again at Springfield, TN. I brought tires on 6-23-2022 online. Got my tires on 6-25-2022. I deposited the money into my account on 6-23-2022 so I would have the money in there. Got a call from Walmart on 7-5-2022 to tell me that I haven't picked my order up. I asked what it was and she told me it was tires. I had them on since 6-25-2022. She said that she will ask them why they haven't finish it. Now they took it out of my account on 7-6-2022 and made me overdraft. Which they took it out on 6-23-2022 when I order them online.

This place is awful!!!! No cashier's, no product out, boxes blocking everything. I arrived home to find maggots in one of my products. I'm so tired of hearing that nobody wants to work...BS. I did a study of my own and applied for several jobs, which I more than qualify for and did not hear back from anyone!!!!!!

I was hurting in my back and feet felt dizzy and asked for help well I got help but then when I needed help again I was told how many times they already have help me the young girl with brown curly hair and the guys weren't saying much but were being difficult, I would appreciate people representing Walmart to help older People not feeling well. I was there 5-23-22 around 7-8 pm they and the young lady especially were very rude.

I usually avoid Wal-Mart, but the one in Springfield, TN, is actually not bad at all. They have a good selection of grocery items and all the other Wal-Mart items. The have an amazingly good cake decorating selection, down to the window boxes for cakes. It is always clean too, unlike the ones on Nolensville Road and Gallatin Road.
