Wow, I am absolutely amazed about this store, our instructor at Ameanspinn Indoor Cycling Studio, told us about where she gets her seamoss smoothies, and encouraged us all to support. To think that this Black OWNED store has been open for over 30 years after all the gentrification that has been going on is tremendously a blessing, this place is like coming home and getting great health and wellness information for both mind body and soul.

When I was there, they were letting two customers in at a time; others wait outside. Everyone wearing masks.
Of course - they have or can obtain the best quality herbal products that 1 may find in the area {no use of medicinal herbs w/o proper information}... I'ma certain you'll find exactly what you are looking for
Cbd oil(without THC) and black seed oil along with nettle and moringa you also have to implement spices such as turmeric, ginger root, ginseng, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, to help keep you circulated- they help you to oil those squeaky wheels. That along with at least a gallon of water day(water is electric food), a blanced diet(preferably raw) and excersise that will provide the oxygen to the body that the human body needs. Herbs help but only in conjunction with a total lifestyle change. If you have arthritis it means your body isn't get the right amount of electricity(energy) it needs to function properly.
