We have been in contact with the Trademark and patent office . They are not real transparent about the issue , they seem more about pushing there agenda. Bass assassin doesn't produce hand tied jigs so I dont see what the issue is we have changed our name once but still being harrassed. Just curious to know if that's the company's intention or the Trademark office just being a troll.

Do they sell to the public at the factory.
