Patty is incredible at what she does. We met her at an open house she was holding, representing a seller, and it's the best open house we've ever been to. We then worked with her as buyers. I don't think we'd have won our bid without her - she made sure we had everything lined up to submit a great offer, advised us on the amount to bid (and as we found out later got it spot on correct), and then was all over it right through closing making sure things went smoothly. There's no point taking chances buying a house, so we'd highly recommend going with Patty.
