My grandma has been at your facility for awhile in Edgewood, the staff is short handed, they are rude, I've contacted one time they answered the rest time has been busy signal, my mother has tried contacting the facility 7-8 times last few days and it's a busy signal. I believe there lazy and unprofessional, do not put your loved one here! I am considering contacting Better Business Bureau this is not ok!

Our monthly base rate is $4,500. Some residents may pay more based on care needs, as we do an assessment of needs prior to move-in. That includes a private room with a 3/4 bath and all care that the resident needs in our facility, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and self-administration of medication. We also prepare and serve e meals a day, clean the residents' rooms and do laundry for them, and provide daily activities.
Yes, we have wi-fi available for free and accessible anywhere in the building.
Yes ma'am, we have rooms available at the assisted living side as well as a few independent living apartments right next door. I am the manager for the assisted living and would be happy to give you a tour of our home.
