Well it looks like the atheist priests in this Temple are just as corrupt as the ones in Michigan. Left Michigan after I was spelled broke while inside an Episcopal Church from my understanding I was a spell locked American Dreamer this contract was spiritually offered in the seventies one nice thing about this is being a federal recorder so there isn't any line or bearing false witness unless you edit it I have no idea how this is done let alone I was never supposed to know a simple life was my lot in life. Now being in Albuquerque one of my questions is what was I connected to spiritually as being an American spell lock Dreamer AKA livestock. And now that this contract is in full breach does it even support the second spiritual birth? when I was spelled broke that night I had a dream while I was sleeping I was glowing red in a black environment and then I was able to comprehend spirituality I was aware and then two weeks later judge Ruth Ginsburg passed away complications from cancer.

Update: Second Judicial is trying, they’re a bit more organized since DM has moved down stairs.. I am beyond sad my evidence is never filed to the judge having to get specific instructions to send exhibits in emails. The exhibits still get rejected, but at least they tell you if you’ve tried emailing it in. Now that I know this, I hope my case is reviewed fairly. I agree with most of what Judge Ramirez orders us to do. I’m trying to get my 3 year old out of an abusive, combative, environment and have not been heard in the case at all, I’ve had to pay thousands of dollars to do a drug test, and supervised visits, I even of course passed my drug test and was still put in supervised visits for about one year now, as my child is left in an abusive environment with people he doesn’t know. I hope all parents get the justice they need for their babies/children. God help us.

The civil division is very rude. Try the absolute hardest to do the bare minimum. And they close at 4. If your there at 3:55 they will not see you. They will tell you your already late. And when you tell them to look at there own clock. They will tell you rudely come back tomorrow. Lazy secretary's to say the absolute least!! To think that's my tax dollars smh

At the district court which it was filed
You can do your initial check-in at the courthouse, in the drug court office on the first floor. Otherwise, reporting is at 111 Gold SE, near Central and Broadway.

Second District court. 1st for floor Rm 119
To answer your question in typical Attorney style "it depends" .... the court is open, however it is only open on a very very limited basis and for very limited purposes. So, for instance if one needs a restraining order, they must still go down to the courthouse in person to retrieve the forms necessary to do so. Also, the court may require that some litigants come in person so the Judge can verify identity. Also, some fines still need to be paid im person. Other than that; the courts are closed. Your best bet is to call ahead
No, they won't let you in with one.
You could have it done by a notary but it's more validation if you go through the court
The self help room at the court can help out. You can get all of the forms you need and they can help you with some of it.
Call the judge's office and let them know. Also, of course, call your attorney
Get legalshield best service ever. I can call and ask attorneys any questions I want. And they are top attorneys not just someone who got out of law school.
Metered parking on the streets. Usually good parking by the Wellsfargo bank. Also at the da's office next street down sometime they have parking. Or parking garage on the metro court side.
You need the money when filing. They only accept cash and charge for copies of the papers. If you're just getting the forms you wont need the money yet.
You can pay cash. I believe its $140 but if you can not afford to pay you can ask for a waiver. You will get a response within 5 daylm.mo
You need the free processing application form. You can get on the second floor room 224

Power of attorney?
Yes. You can print out a parenting plan in the family forms page that is helpful. If both parties agree, just fill this out with other corresponding court documents, such as a court order, motion to modify, etc. Otherwise, you will be representing yourself and have to open a case with a fee.
