I always try to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to reviews online. But after my experience with their night shift booking person I can understand why the reviews are so low. I am a travel nurse working night shift and decided to try staying in a hotel for the weekend while I work. I called the night before and explained to the man working nights that I needed a hotel for the weekend. I explained I was a traveler and needed a room for 4/2 and to check in at 0700 and to check out 4/3 at 1700, if I needed to book the room for the second night so I could check out late that was fine. I had difficulty understanding the man on the phone (he did not give his name) and stated this several times. It cleared up enough that I could understand enough of what he said. I made it clear by stating several times that I needed to check in at 0700 and check out the next day at at 1500. He never said that I couldn’t do that but to call the next day and check availability. And he put request early check in and late check out and booked the hotel. I called around midnight and it was the same person I had spoke to previously and he stated that he told me I could check in at the earliest 1130. I told him that that would not work for me and had stated my needs several times over the phone. He was rude very rude in talking with me and said that it was not possible to check in at 0700. I am attempting to get a refund because if he could not meet my needs and knew that before hand he should have never booked the hotel, and he never stated that I would not be able to check in at 0700. Very disappointing service and misinformation.

Cockroaches !!! The GPS says you've arrived . It's 9:00 at night . I go to the front office and get a room key . I can't stop this bad feeling inside my stomach. It's late at night , I'm so tired . I have been driving for hours. My room is on the second story. Unsupervised children are running around creating lots of noise. I think to myself I will not be able to get any sleep . When I get into the hotel room . I turn the light on revealing to me from the darkness the outdated motel. I have seen more appealing bed sheets at Goodwill throughout the years . The comforter set is a outdated, red mix of unappealing pattern. The blanket is thick and very stiff like it's been over wash throughout the years . With every thread poking out. It looks like it would be very itchy and scratch you with every toss and turn throughout the night . I would probably be more comfortable using my jacket as a blanket. As if the uncomfortable looking bed is unappealing enough. I go to use the bathroom and then to my horror . Cockroaches !!! German cockroaches. the hardest species of cockroaches to get rid of . I have to ask for a refund from the lady she's very rude and yells at me . I end up sleeping in my car at a Walmart parking lot .

Rooms could use some updating but the housekeepers do a great job keeping it clean. Owners/managers are very nice and do a very good job maintaining this place. Only downfall besides past reputation is the staircases the middle one to the right is condemned and the wooden staircase to the very right at end of the building is falling apart making it unsafe and a risk to those who use it daily. During the summer months they do have a very well kept in ground pool for guests of the hotel. Wifi is big plus too plenty of access without interruption.This property/business by my standard of places with cost per night that I have encountered on a proper scale would be a 2, I gave them a 4 because of cleanliness, professionalism and plain kindness they show their patrons. *** There are only 2 hotels in Cleveland, Ga and honestly I wouldn't suggest the other one to anyone or anything.

The room was so old and out dated, room was dirty, bugs in room, stair case was broken, it's very sad that the owners can not put some much needed money back into the rooms and update them. Sheets was stained and had hair all over them. Light in the sink area didn't work. Heard a barking dog all night, although they say No pets. I will never stay here again. Worse 90.00 I've ever spent.
