I have visited this store several times, now. While it seems that the place could use an upgrade, the employees have always been diligent to make the customers feel welcome; certainly very friendly people. I have seen, more than once, an employee make a special effort to happily assist someone else.

Hey, if you want customers to come back how about not having your employees treat and act like the customers are going to steal something, I went in at noon time today with my sister to get a small item and wanted to look around I found something else and held on to it and thought about it while I was looking, the said item I had belonged in the crafts section and I was just looking at it and found the items true cost so it put down on a shelf not wanting to pay that price. I go looking for my sister the lady stocking shelves kept looking at me and I was going up and down the center aisle looking for her and I found her and was ready to check out as I did the lady stocker asked me where did I put it I told her the crafts section. Then she asked me again unable to find as I was trying to pay for my single item. I told my sister it was in a shelf near the crafts and she told her that I would usally get an item then put it down if I changed my mind. My sister went to look for it the chaser lady offered to help find it. The stocker lady asked me again where it was and I go back and find it after paying myself and she said thank you but it felt like the whole time she was hounding me making me feel out of it halfway through the her confrontation towards me and my sister, the item in question was crafting strech cords I'm not going back for a while

During a time of the unknown I have never seen someone be more rude in my life!! I witnessed a worker telling an elderly women who was covering her face with her sleeve "You better not be doing that with customers around or they would SLAP you" the elderly women said well no one will be slapping me and the reply of the worker was" OH YES THEY WILL" worker also went on to say "you better NOT come in here doing that again with my customers around". All I can say is you should be ashamed of yourself ma'am!! How dare you an employee tell a women who was trying to cover her face to protect herself from others and protect others from Herself. I do not suggest ANYONE to shop at this place.
