Our family has utilized the services of Visiting Angels in Cleveland on multiple occasions, over the course of several years. Most recently our needs required great flexibility from the agency. Susie and her crew never even hinted that our frequently shifting needs were a burden or inconvenience. Indeed, they made us feel like we were a high priority. Some of the caregivers became like family - in an incredibly short span of time. They certainly went above and beyond expectations, with many thoughtful and generous gestures. I highly recommend the Visiting Angels in Cleveland!

Working with visiting Angel's has been an answer to prayers for me.Visiting Angel's give their clients ,thru us the Angel's one on one care that is each different according to our clients needs and wants.Visiting angels works with each caregiver in a way I've never experienced before as an employee, if you have a problem and need a few days off as I did a couple of months ago ,they were more than willing to let me take a few days off ,to regroup and come back to work and get back to my regular routine. As caregivers we get training on line and one on one training, we try to give our patients or our family as I like to call them the best care for each need ,I end of falling in love with each new client and sometimes if they no longer need our care I still maintain a relationship with the client. We try our best to be that place or that person that any family member can feel secure and trust that when they are not there ,with their families we will give them the upmost care,respect and honor and love to their family member,if my Mama or Daddy or Grandparents needed care I would definitely recommend Visiting Angel's that's how much I trust my co-workers and company.

I have been with visiting angels for over 6 months as a caregiver. I can honestly say this is the best home care service in North Ga they really go above and behond for the clients and caregivers. I really love the fact the office is kid friendly and Susie ,Rachel,Cathy,DONA are some of the nicest lady's I've ever met . They really make me feel welcome and their door is always open if I'm needing just to stop in and talk about work or just all around about life. I'm always happy with my hours and love all my clients if I could I would give this review 500 stars even that's not good enough these lady's deserve a million stars they work so hard and I don't think they get enough thanks for all they do.
