Went earlier today and they were packed... customer service was great and friendly. The staff was making sandwiches as fast as they could and they had been slammed for several hours. Y'all did great!

Customer ordered online and PAID in Helen only to find the Helen location permanently closed. Customer drove all the way to Cleveland to speak with a manager who did NOTHING. DO BOT GIVE SUBWAY ANY BUSINESS.

At one point in time Subway was one of the best places to grab a good light meal. I was always greeted well and never felt like I was putting anyone out with big or small orders. That is not the case anymore. Almost everytime my husband or I go in there we have an issue with the employees attitude. Tonight I had 5 teenagers at my house that wanted Subway. I hate going there but I agreed. I had my list ready and immediately apologized for having 5 sandwiches before ordering to the guy making them. I am the type that hates to be a bother to anyone. Right after I told him I would have this order he smarted off to me about the size of the order and kept mumbling under his bath each time he would prepare them. Out of spite he made my first 6 inch sandwich a kids size sandwich and wouldn’t listen to me when I told him the sandwich was a 6 inch. Finally I got the meat on the sandwiches and was able to deal with someone else who put the toppings on the sandwiches. He was nicer. After he rung me up he gave me $8 in change and I immediately handed it back to the nicer person as a tip and told him I appreciated him being nice to me because his friend down the line was rude to me from the first words he spoke to me. I then walked away. Upper management needs to do something about the quality of people they hire. I didn’t deserve to be treated poorly for only coming to have simple sandwiches created. Until I hear of changes being made this will be the last money I spend at this Subway.

This subway definitely has some staffing issues! And this always puts a damper on the service! I have been to other subways with much better luck. This one just can't keep any decent help. Gotta be something with management or the owners. Oh well ....

Masks and gloves are worn by employees. Line is socially distant and masks are encouraged.
