I ordered the Isanti dining room set online November 2021. Have received everything except the table. I have called several times over the last year. The online number tells me to call the store and the store employees are very nice but say they can't do anything since I ordered it online. I gave up today and tried to return the items that I currently have. The store will not accept the return because I bought it online. No one has any insight on the table except to tell me I should have gotten it already and they have no idea why I haven't. I just waited on hold for 25 min with someone at the online number after they told me I was outside of the return window for an item I still haven't received just to be hung up on. This is the worst experience I have had at any store. I have made over 5 phone calls with 0 resolution and multiple promises of callbacks that never happened. The store can't do anything. Online won't help. No one has a clue what to do including me.

We placed an order at the end of Aug with a lead time of 1-2 months totally get it. 1.5 months rolls around and I call to ask for an update. I left 3 voicemails no returned phone call. I emailed and nothing. So I say refund me my order. They drag it out more. So We decide to keep going with the order which I said was a horrible idea. We explain how important a Sat del. is and to please note that. Get a phone call and hear soonest we can be there is Monday can you get someone to meet us there......why would i have someone sign for my delivery when you have already given me such a horrible experience. They state the honor the miliary but they treat our vets like ....... you know the word! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! Put I read their product sucks. Horrible customer serivce & product,

Wow, I had great service. They went out of the way to get furniture in time for me to have for a Holiday. We were impressed, great customer service and love my furniture.
