J&J Fireplace Repair is horrible. I am a returning customer. Last year, this company was great. This year, I had to already schedule an appointment a month out. I found out I had Covid, contacted the company and they wanted to charge me a $50 rescheduling fee - FOR HAVING COVID. Clearly they don’t appreciate their customers. They had gained a lifelong customer however, I will not be returning to spend my hard earned money ever again. Don’t catch Covid or any other illness or else you’re SOL.
