Bought a wood stove from this company in fall of 2021. May of 2022 I sent them questions regarding items I had discovered while cleaning the stove. They responded that they would get me taken care of but had to go to the manufacturer. I've sent follow up messages that they read, but to date (16 September) they have not responded to them with resolution to the potential problems. The manufacturer states go to the dealership you purchased the stove from. Yet they aren't willing to help. Poor after sale customer support.

The staff at the Hearth and Patio store are superb; very knowledgable, patient and made purchasing our patio furniture a fun event! We chose the Jensen tables and chairs along with the Northcape all weather aluminum frame wicker with sunbrella cushions. Choosing the color was an unexpected aggravation for all of us as many of our choices were out of stock or too low in quantity. Jeff, the Owner, went out of his way to help us find a suitable color that we would love for years! And, with free delivery, Adam, is over the top, a delight to work with. He is so professional and made sure everything was unpackaged and set up. Our shopping experience was fantastic and began when we first walked in the door being met by Scott. You can't go wrong checking out Hearth and Patio for tables, chairs, benches, outdoor wicker, gas fire place inserts and Green Egg products. I'm very happy with our purchases and the service is impeccable. Kinda unheard of these days!!

Even with all the material shortages, Jeff was able to get all the stuff I needed for my new gas logs. They were able to talk me through the Install over phone. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Hearth and patio.

Mr. Sanders, We don't have the Gel Fuel, I am sorry. We never have sold that type of product. I would say the easiest place to find your fuel would be online. I don't know of any places around town that has it sir. Thank You, Hearth & Patio
Yes sir we have rugs that go in front of fireplaces. We haven't started to get our new stock in for the season yet. But we do have several left from last season. They are currently on sale now as well. We are doing a 20 % off sale on fireplace accessories right now. The rugs we have left are the half round ones, and we will be getting several new ones in pretty soon. I would say in about a month we will be getting our new inventory in for the year. Thank You
